Hello! I'm Sumit Pal — a builder, problem-solver, and engineer who loves turning ambitious ideas into products people actually use. I thrive where code meets impact: fast systems, sharp user experiences, and solutions that scale.

Over the years, I’ve grown from writing features to leading initiatives, mentoring engineers, improving product quality, and owning high-impact systems across multiple teams. I enjoy simplifying chaos, fixing bottlenecks, and creating momentum wherever I work.

My playground spans full-stack engineering, performance optimization, platform architecture, AI-powered tools, and product experiments. If there’s a messy process, slow app, or bold idea — I’m probably already thinking of three ways to improve it.

Outside work, I’m obsessed with learning, building side projects, studying markets, exploring travel ideas, and designing businesses from scratch. I like creating things that compound over time — products, skills, wealth, and memories.
